The Consult Plan includes
A health assessment and interpretation of previous blood work. The plan will also include a personalized PLAN based on the results of your previous diagnostic tests.
The Essential Plan includes:
A health assessment with extensive blood work, including advanced panels from Boston Heart labs. This detailed analysis covers crucial factors such as cholesterol levels. We assess vitamin levels, inflammation markers, kidney function, metabolic screenings, and Dexa scans for evaluating bone density. By gaining a comprehensive understanding of your health status, we can tailor a personalized HRT plan to address specific needs and optimize outcomes.
Post initial consultation and development of a personalized PLAN, we provide monthly provider support with or without medication management through follow up appointments.
